About Us
Jamie’s Gymnastics Academy is set up in order to try and teach young people a few fundamental lessons!
To learn the basics of gymnastics and to learn them well, with an air of style in their performances. But most importantly to enjoy themselves and have fun taking part in not only the greatest, but the most under-rated sport in the world.
As an academy, we believe it is important for children not to feel at all pressured to be the best and succeed every time. Instead to show them that if they enjoy themselves, work hard and have fun that success will indeed come their way in some shape or form.
The academy prides itself on the way our gymnasts perform their skills with elegance and grace as well as the manner in which each gymnast conducts his or herself. That is why we are here to guide children to a level of gymnastics that they feel comfortable with by teaching them how to perform basic moves to a high standard.

JGA ARE NOT HERE TO PRODUCE WORLD CHAMPIONS! WE ARE NOT HERE TO PRODUCE OLYMPIANS!
WE ARE NOT HERE TO PUSH OUR GYMNASTS!
WE MAKE GYMNASTICS FUN AND AVAILABLE TO ALL AGES AND ABILITIES.
WE NURTURE TALENT WITHOUT SQUANDERING IT, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME PRODUCING THE BEST LEVEL OF RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS POSSIBLE.
JGA ARE A YOUNG, VIBRANT AND PROFESSIONAL ACADEMY.
WE HAVE BEEN TO THE TOP OF OUR SPORT AND HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE TO OURSELVES OR ANYONE ELSE!
WE BELIEVE CHILDREN HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURES IN LIFE: THEIR GYMNASTICS CLASSES WONT BE AN ADDITIONAL ONE!
Our Accreditations
This is our London Gymnastics Federation plaque. Apart from it being very nice looking, this shows all of our members (current and future) that we are affiliated members to both London Gymnastics and British Gymnastics.

Our second Plaque is our Gym and Club Mark Accreditation. This is the one we are most proud of as it took us two years to achieve and shows all of our Parents and Gymnasts that we are a 'Safe, Effective and Child Friendly Environment'.
There are only around 400 clubs in the whole of Great Britain that have this Accreditation, and we are one of them.
